Florida's 4th congressional district features incumbent Republican Representative Aaron Bean seeking re-election in the November 2026 general election. The district carries a Cook Partisan Voter Index of R+5, reflecting consistent Republican advantages in recent presidential and statewide voting. Multiple nonpartisan ratings organizations classify the seat as solid or safe Republican, citing the incumbent's established position and limited Democratic primary field headed into the August 18, 2026, nominating contests. Recent polling shows one Democratic primary contender leading but at modest levels overall, with no evidence of a high-profile challenger capable of shifting the general election dynamics. Midterm cycles often produce national swings, yet structural factors such as the district's partisan baseline and candidate recruitment patterns continue to anchor trader consensus around a Republican outcome.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
