Florida's 13th congressional district features incumbent Republican Anna Paulina Luna seeking re-election on November 3, 2026, in a seat rated Likely Republican by nonpartisan analysts with a partisan voting index favoring the GOP. The district's boundaries changed only modestly after recent redistricting, preserving its underlying electoral math and limiting Democratic opportunities. Luna faces no significant Republican primary opposition, while multiple Democrats including Leela Gray are contesting their August 18 primary. Trader positioning aligns with historical patterns in similar Florida House races, where incumbency and district composition have consistently produced Republican holds absent major shifts in voter turnout or candidate quality. No late-breaking developments have altered the balance ahead of the primaries.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
