This market will resolve to "No" if SpaceX's IPO and first day of trading occur with no qualifying bell ceremony. A qualifying ceremony must be in-person at the venue of SpaceX's primary exchange. Being “on-stage” is defined as being in physical attendance and on the primary stage of the venue during any part of the event. Any virtual or off-stage appearances (e.g., as a member of the audience) will not count. The primary resolution source will be photo and video; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.SpaceX's record $75 billion IPO priced at $135 per share on June 3 and debuted on Nasdaq under ticker SPCX on June 12, with the bell ceremony featuring the company's operational leadership team at the New York MarketSite while Elon Musk joined remotely from Starbase, Texas. Trader sentiment centers on established executive roles, particularly President and COO Gwynne Shotwell's central involvement in day-to-day operations and investor relations, alongside likely appearances by finance and engineering leads such as Bret Johnsen. Musk's remote remarks from a gathering of thousands highlighted the company's scale but reduced his physical on-stage presence, aligning with historical patterns for large tech listings where multiple C-suite members participate. Key resolution factors include verified footage and official Nasdaq details confirming exact attendees amid the event's high visibility.
