Latest National Weather Service and private forecasts project a Seattle high near 69–71°F on September 20 under partly sunny skies after morning patchy fog clears, aligning with the market-implied lead at 70–71°F. Light north-to-northwest winds of 5–10 mph and stable high pressure favor modest daytime warming without strong mixing or cloud suppression, while September climatology places the average high near 69°F at Sea-Tac. Model consensus shows limited spread in peak temperature because of consistent steering patterns and absence of marine pushes or thermal troughing; small differences in afternoon cloud timing or local urban heat effects explain the tight clustering between 68–73°F outcomes. Updated short-range guidance and real-time observations will refine the final maximum before market resolution.
