Persistent westerly winds of 15–30 mph, combined with extensive cloud cover and high humidity near 80%, are moderating surface heating during the late-monsoon period, while dew points around 23–24°C limit extreme diurnal rise. Historical climatology for late August shows typical maxima of 30–32°C under similar steering patterns, with low precipitation risk keeping the daily high within this narrow band absent any unexpected clearing or synoptic shift. Updated model runs through midday will refine the final observed maximum.
