Recent forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate clear skies and light winds over Incheon on September 16, supporting overnight radiative cooling that positions the daily minimum near 16°C. Official guidance lists a 16°C low and 27°C high, consistent with early-autumn climatology for the region and the absence of cloud cover or frontal systems that would moderate temperatures. Model consensus shows limited spread, with some guidance dipping to 15°C under optimal cooling conditions while others hold near 17–18°C, aligning with the market’s leading implied probabilities of 49% for 16°C and 26% for 15°C. Traders appear to weight the official minimum forecast and recent stable high-pressure pattern most heavily ahead of the overnight period.
