**Persistent cloud cover, rain, and elevated humidity from an unsettled weather pattern are positioning Tokyo's minimum temperature on September 19, 2026, around 20–22°C as the market's leading outcomes (combined ~75% implied probability).** Official forecasts from the Japan Meteorological Agency and international models show Saturday, September 19, with mostly cloudy to rainy conditions, highs near 24–25°C, and overnight lows in the 20–22°C range—higher than the late-September climatological average of roughly 19°C. Recent days have featured frequent showers and northerly flow that maintains moisture, limiting nighttime radiative cooling. This setup reduces the chance of clearer skies or stronger cooling that could push readings to 19°C or below (currently under 6% combined). Traders are weighting the latest model consensus and JMA guidance, which emphasize continued precipitation chances (40–70%) and stable humidity near 80–90%, keeping the distribution tightly clustered at 20–22°C ahead of resolution.
