This market will resolve according to the candidate who receives the most valid votes from Ramsey County in the Democratic Primary for U.S. Senate from Minnesota, which is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2026. The named candidates will be primarily ranked by the number of valid votes received in the specified election. If two or more candidates are tied on valid votes, ties will be broken by alphabetical order of the candidates' last names. This market will resolve to the candidate that occupies the highest finishing position after applying this ranking. If the Ramsey County results of this election are not definitively known by December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other." This market will resolve based on a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the government of Minnesota including the Minnesota Secretary of State and the government of Ramsey County.Peggy Flanagan holds an 86% implied probability as the Democratic primary winner in Ramsey County due to her expanding statewide polling lead, party endorsement secured in May, and strong backing from progressive DFL voters in urban St. Paul. Recent surveys show her advantage over Angie Craig doubling to 14 points among likely primary voters just before the August 11 contest, despite Craig’s fundraising edge and moderate positioning. Key drivers include Flanagan’s local endorsements from figures like St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter, Tina Smith’s support, and debate performances highlighting differences on healthcare and immigration. Craig trails at 9% in this county market, reflecting weaker appeal in the progressive-leaning area compared to her broader fundraising strength. Multiple lower-volume candidates sit near even odds amid limited county-specific data.
