Recent strengthening of the northeast monsoon is the main driver keeping trader consensus clustered around 29–31°C for Taipei’s September 10 high, with showers and increased cloud cover expected to limit daytime heating. Central Weather Administration guidance and model runs indicate partly cloudy to overcast conditions with scattered rain, moderating peak temperatures below recent clear-sky values near 32°C. Historical September baselines average near 30°C, yet variable precipitation timing and wind speeds introduce uncertainty across forecast ensembles. Updated model guidance and Central Weather Administration briefings over the next 48 hours will likely refine the range before market resolution.
