Recent footage attached to the Avengers: Endgame Encore re-release has confirmed Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner/Hulk and several TVA characters including Owen Wilson’s Mobius, Ke Huy Quan’s O.B., and Eugene Cordero’s Casey for Avengers: Doomsday, shifting trader focus toward additional surprise returns. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo have publicly stated that the already extensive lineup of over 30 announced characters—from Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom and the Fantastic Four to Fox-era X-Men and Thunderbolts*—remains incomplete, with more unannounced actors involved. This ongoing secrecy, combined with the December 18 release date and multiversal war storyline, sustains market interest in high-profile absences such as Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine while rewarding bets on confirmed ensemble members.
