Recent forecast models from sources including GFS and ECMWF point to overnight lows near 17–18°C in Milan on September 18 amid persistent easterly flow, high humidity near 90%, and scattered showers that limit radiative cooling under cloudy skies. This setup aligns with the balanced 44% market-implied odds on 12°C or below versus 22°C or higher, as traders weigh the potential for brief clearing that could allow greater nighttime temperature drops against the stabilizing effect of cloud cover and light winds. Historical September baselines show typical lows around 15–17°C, while upcoming model updates will refine timing of any frontal passage or pressure changes that could shift the minimum.
