**Forecasts for the overnight minimum in New York City on September 19 center on 60–65°F amid post-frontal northerly flow and partly cloudy skies.** Official National Weather Service guidance and ensemble models show a low near 61–66°F, driven by reduced humidity, light northeast to east winds of 5–10 mph, and variable cloud cover that modulates radiational cooling after sunset. Clearer periods promote stronger surface heat loss, while increased mid-level moisture or lingering boundary-layer mixing could hold temperatures a degree or two higher. The tight clustering of market-implied odds between the 62–63°F and 64–65°F bins reflects this narrow uncertainty range, with traders weighting the latest short-range model consensus and any revisions to cloud or wind forecasts expected before midnight. Historical September minima in Central Park under similar post-cold-front setups average near 62°F, providing a useful baseline for resolution.
