Forecast consensus from global and regional models points to a low near 18–20 °C in Qingdao on September 10 under partly cloudy skies and light northerly winds of 3–4 m/s, following today’s observed high of 25 °C. Stable high pressure and modest onshore flow are limiting nocturnal cooling while preventing strong radiational drops, keeping the overnight minimum above recent September averages. Slight model spread in cloud timing and boundary-layer mixing produces the tight clustering of market probabilities around 16–23 °C, with traders weighting official station data from the China Meteorological Administration that will capture any urban-heat or microscale effects. No major synoptic changes are expected before resolution tomorrow.
