Forecast models from official meteorological sources indicate a daytime high in Paris of 23–24°C under a veil of high clouds transitioning to overcast conditions, with light to moderate westerly to northwesterly winds and rising afternoon humidity limiting further warming. These factors create the tight market split, as small variations in cloud thickness or wind timing can shift the peak by 1°C. September climatology places the long-term average maximum near 21.5°C, so current readings reflect modest positive anomalies from stable high pressure and suppressed convection. Updated hourly observations and any late-day clearing will determine the final recorded maximum before market resolution.
