Recent short-range forecast models for Shenzhen indicate a highest temperature on September 22 most likely near 30–32°C under partly cloudy to thundery conditions, consistent with September climatological averages of 31°C maximum. Scattered showers and increased cloud cover expected that day could limit surface heating and cap the peak, while steering patterns and humidity levels near 70–80% add variability across ensemble runs. This genuine spread in guidance—without a dominant outlier—underpins the market’s even distribution of implied probabilities across 27–34°C outcomes, as traders weigh official agency updates and the narrow resolution window.
