**Trader consensus strongly favors a 60-61°F low for San Francisco on September 13, reflecting observed conditions at official stations amid typical late-summer marine influence.** National Weather Service data from San Francisco International Airport recorded a minimum of 59°F early on the 13th under clear to mostly clear skies, with light northwest winds and a shallow marine layer limiting nocturnal cooling. This aligns closely with the 56°F climatological normal for the date while falling short of deeper cooling that would require stronger onshore flow or denser fog. Model guidance and real-time observations showed minimal deviation from seasonal baselines, with no significant synoptic shifts like offshore winds or heat advection to push temperatures lower. A realistic challenge would involve revised station data confirming a dip into the upper 50s or measurement discrepancies across downtown versus airport sites, though current verification supports the narrow 60-61°F band.
