**Persistent Southwest Monsoon conditions and elevated humidity are keeping Singapore's nighttime minimum temperatures elevated near or above 27°C, driving the tight clustering of market-implied probabilities around 26–28°C for the lowest reading on September 22.** Official Meteorological Service Singapore guidance notes minimums remaining above 27°C on many nights amid localized thundery showers and southeasterly to southwesterly winds that limit nocturnal radiative cooling. Recent forecasts from multiple models converge on nighttime lows of 27–28°C (roughly 82–83°F), with some hourly data showing brief dips toward 26°C under clearer or drier spells. High dew points near 24–25°C and frequent cloud cover further suppress temperature drops, consistent with the second-half September pattern of warm, humid nights. Traders appear to weigh the balance between typical monsoon suppression of cooling and the small chance of localized clearer intervals allowing a 26°C reading, while outcomes below 25°C or above 29°C remain low-probability given current atmospheric stability and model consensus. Updated official forecasts and real-time observations on the 22nd will be the key near-term drivers.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the lowest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=wsss
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
