Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent National Weather Service guidance and ensemble model output place Austin's September 11 high near 99–100 °F under partly to mostly sunny skies and light southerly flow, creating the near-even implied probabilities between the 98–99 °F and 100–101 °F bins. Subtle differences in afternoon cloud cover, boundary-layer mixing depth, and localized urban heating will determine whether readings stay below or exceed 100 °F. With minimal precipitation expected and no strong frontal passage, traders are closely monitoring the next GFS and ECMWF runs plus the evening NWS forecast discussion for any shift in the thermal profile. Historical September maxima near 95 °F provide context but current above-normal conditions favor the upper end of the distribution.
