Current forecast models project Jeddah's September 16 maximum near 36–39°C under typical late-summer Red Sea coastal conditions, with clear skies, light southwesterly winds, and high humidity. The tight clustering of implied probabilities around 37–39°C reflects uncertainty in exact peak timing and sea-breeze onset, which can shave 1–2°C off daytime highs, versus slight model spread on wind strength and any residual moisture. Historical mid-September averages near 35–36°C provide context, while the absence of unusual synoptic features keeps outcomes closely contested ahead of official airport station readings.
