Latest forecast models indicate a nighttime low near 79°F in Miami on September 16, driven by scattered thunderstorms, persistent northeast winds of 6–11 mph, and elevated humidity from sea surface temperatures around 86°F. These conditions promote cloud cover and convection that moderate radiative cooling, keeping the minimum above the long-term average of 76.9°F. Trader consensus on the 78–79°F bin reflects this model agreement, while comparable odds for 71°F or below highlight uncertainty in storm timing and intensity, which could enhance cooling if heavier rainfall develops overnight. Updated National Weather Service guidance and ensemble runs will clarify thresholds ahead of resolution.
