Recent forecast model consensus from agencies like the China Meteorological Administration points to overnight lows of 23–25°C in Shenzhen on September 12, driven by widespread cloud cover, high humidity near 80–90%, and scattered thunderstorms linked to regional monsoon influences that limit radiative cooling. This setup creates tight differentiation among the leading market outcomes clustered around 21–26°C, as small variations in wind patterns or localized precipitation could shift the official minimum by 1–2°C at monitoring stations. Subtropical September baselines typically feature similar nighttime temperatures, underscoring why trader sentiment remains balanced amid inherent forecast spread in ensemble runs. Fresh model updates and preliminary observations throughout the day will provide key data ahead of resolution.
