Main challengers Jeff Leiper, Alex Lawson, and Neil Saravanamuttoo have released competing proposals on infrastructure levies, spending reviews, and stormwater resilience, yet remain fragmented while recent candidate debates and Sutcliffe’s affordability announcements have reinforced trader consensus around the incumbent’s re-election prospects. Minor candidates and isolated incidents, including charges against one fringe entrant, have not altered the overall positioning.
