This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed country formally signs a normalization agreement with Israel under the framework of the Abraham Accords by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A formal signing refers to an official agreement between Israel and another country that is publicly acknowledged by both governments and clearly attributed to the Abraham Accords or their continuation. The resolution source will be official government statements, however a consensus for credible reporting may also be used.Saudi Arabia remains the primary focus of U.S. diplomatic efforts to expand the Abraham Accords before the end of 2026, with President Trump linking potential civilian nuclear cooperation to normalization while repeatedly urging Riyadh to join. However, Saudi officials continue to condition any agreement on concrete progress toward a Palestinian state, and recent Saudi defense pacts with Pakistan plus coordination with Turkey and Egypt reflect alternative regional security alignments. Kazakhstan formally acceded in early 2026 after its 2025 announcement, and Somaliland pledged accession following Israel's December 2025 recognition of its independence. Syria showed early interest post-2024 regime change but later declined, while prospects for Oman, Qatar, or Kuwait face similar hurdles tied to Palestinian issues and Gulf dynamics. Trader assessments reflect these structural barriers and limited near-term movement despite sustained U.S. pressure.
