Francesca Hong holds an 82.5% implied probability as the Kenosha County winner in Wisconsin’s August 11 Democratic gubernatorial primary, reflecting her commanding statewide lead in recent Marquette polling and consistent grassroots momentum as the frontrunner. With incumbent Tony Evers not seeking re-election, Hong has consolidated support among progressive and working-class voters through her state assembly record and DSA-backed platform focused on affordability and public services. David Crowley, at 17%, draws backing from establishment figures and Milwaukee-area networks as county executive, yet trails significantly outside his base. Other declared candidates including Kelda Roys and Joel Brennan remain at lower probabilities amid Hong’s poll dominance and the primary’s imminent resolution. Recent fundraising data and candidate withdrawals have further reinforced trader consensus around Hong’s edge in county-level vote shares.
