Incumbent Željka Cvijanović leads trader consensus at 75.5% for the Serb seat in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s October 4, 2026 general election because her SNSD party retains strong organizational control in Republika Srpska after ally Siniša Karan’s narrow February 2026 victory as entity president. Recent diplomatic activity, including her U.S. meetings and White House engagements, has reinforced her institutional profile ahead of the vote. Opposition figures such as Nebojša Vukanović, who announced his candidacy in early May, along with Draško Stanivuković, Branko Blanuša, and Karan himself, remain at single-digit levels due to fragmented party structures and limited unified polling support. No major shifts have altered these dynamics in the past month beyond routine secessionist statements.
