Current forecasts from multiple models for Mexico City on September 3 project a daytime high near 25–26°C under partly cloudy skies with a 60–80% chance of afternoon thunderstorms, consistent with the rainy season pattern at the city's 2,240 m elevation. This altitude and frequent convective rainfall limit solar heating and cap peaks below historical September extremes. Trader consensus, reflected in the 50.5% probability on 25°C and 29% on 26°C, aligns with these model runs showing typical seasonal values around the 23–25°C September average, with minimal upside risk from clear skies or stronger high pressure. No major shifts in steering patterns or moisture have altered the outlook in the past 48 hours.
