Persistent high humidity and a tropical maritime air mass over South Florida are keeping overnight lows elevated on August 29, with National Weather Service and model guidance pointing to minimum temperatures around 80–82°F amid scattered thunderstorms and east winds of 5–10 mph. These conditions suppress radiative cooling typical of clearer nights, pushing the implied probability toward the 76–81°F range where the three leading outcomes cluster near 36–37% each. Historical August averages near 77–78°F provide context, yet current steering patterns and lack of frontal intrusions support the market's emphasis on warmer readings. Traders are likely watching the timing of any evening clearing or convective outflow for finer resolution.
