Recent atmospheric conditions featuring a deeper marine layer and persistent onshore flow tied to a weak cutoff low are suppressing maximum temperatures below seasonal norms in San Francisco. National Weather Service guidance indicates a high near 65°F under partly cloudy skies and moderate westerly winds, aligning with the market-implied 39.5% consensus on 66-67°F as the likeliest outcome. Subtle variations in marine layer depth, wind strength, and afternoon clearing could shift results into the adjacent 64-65°F or 68-69°F ranges, where traders see meaningful uncertainty. New model runs and NWS updates will provide the next key data points ahead of tomorrow’s resolution.
