Trader consensus places an 85% implied probability on 19°C as Busan’s lowest temperature for September 17, consistent with Korea Meteorological Administration forecasts showing stable high-pressure dominance and minimal overnight cooling under partly cloudy skies. Mid-September climatology for the region features typical lows in the upper teens Celsius as summer moisture retreats and cooler continental air begins to influence the Korean Peninsula. Model guidance shows little disagreement on the absence of strong frontal systems or rapid advection that could drive readings lower, keeping 18°C or below at just 15.5%. Fresh surface observations and evening forecast updates will determine whether any late-day adjustments shift these market-implied odds.
