Recent official forecasts from Environment Canada and supporting models indicate a high of 17–19°C for Toronto on September 19, driven by easterly flow advecting cooler maritime air and increasing cloud cover that limits daytime heating after a warmer September 18. This setup aligns with the market’s leading implied probabilities on 17°C (45%) and 18°C (34%), reflecting trader consensus on the most likely maximum amid typical model spread of a few degrees. Historical averages near 21°C provide context, but the current pattern favors below-normal values, with any late-day clearing or wind shifts as the main variables that could push readings toward 19°C or hold them at 16°C. Updated model runs and official briefings ahead of resolution will refine these odds.
