Recent forecast models from sources including WeatherBug, Yr, and regional Chinese meteorological updates indicate partly cloudy conditions and highs near 33–35°C for Guangzhou on September 7, following scattered showers on September 5–6 that have moderated temperatures around the 32°C mark. Subtropical late-summer patterns, with elevated humidity and light northeasterly winds, support modest daytime heating, while historical September 7 averages near 32.6°C and a 35.2°C record provide context for the elevated odds. Trader consensus, reflected in the 43.5% implied probability for 35°C, aligns with this model consensus ahead of final National Meteorological Center guidance expected within 48 hours, though small shifts in cloud cover or steering winds could alter outcomes.
