AS leads recent Latvian polling averages with 17-19% support ahead of the October 3, 2026, Saeima election, positioning it as the frontrunner to secure the most seats according to trader consensus. This reflects the party's role heading the four-party caretaker coalition installed in late May after Prime Minister Evika Siliņa's resignation and the prior government's collapse over policy disputes. LPV and SV trail in the mid-teens, buoyed by populist and Euroskeptic appeals, while PRO remains competitive in coalition calculations. No major shifts have emerged in the past month beyond steady AS gains in SKDS surveys and the ongoing campaign focus on security, economy, and coalition formation dynamics.
