This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Ben Gurion International Airport in degrees Celsius on 3 Sep '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=LLBG If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source. In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C. This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.**Multiple weather models and agency forecasts for September 3, 2026, in Tel Aviv cluster around daily maximums of 31–33 °C under mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with light westerly winds and moderate humidity (50–65 %).** This consensus directly supports the market’s heavy weighting toward 32 °C (65.5 % implied probability), followed by 31 °C (18.5 %) and 33 °C (14.5 %). Tel Aviv’s Mediterranean climate in early September features typical late-summer conditions: high pressure promoting clear skies, sea-surface temperatures near 28–29 °C that moderate coastal heat via on-shore breezes, and seasonal cooling from the August peak (historical average September high ~31.1 °C). Recent forecasts from sources including the Israel Meteorological Service analogs, European and U.S. models, and local outlooks show no heatwave, strong subsidence inversion, or anomalous warm advection that would push readings significantly above 33 °C or below 30 °C. Light precipitation chances remain near zero, and wind speeds (8–15 km/h) are insufficient for substantial cooling or mixing. The tight probability distribution around 31–33 °C reflects model agreement on these stable atmospheric conditions two days out, with only modest uncertainty from minor timing of cloud cover or slight wind shifts. No major data releases or forecast revisions have altered this outlook in the past 48 hours.
