Recent forecasts from Taiwan's Central Weather Administration and multiple models indicate partly cloudy skies with northeasterly winds over Taipei on September 21, supporting daytime highs near 30–32°C under typical late-September conditions with moderate humidity and limited precipitation risk. This consensus drives the market's leading 32°C outcome at 51.5% implied probability, as stable high-pressure influence and absence of typhoon or frontal systems allow sufficient solar heating without excessive cloud cover or rain. Historical September averages around 31°C and recent days showing similar 29–32°C readings further anchor trader sentiment toward this narrow range, with 31°C and 33°C as secondary options reflecting minor model spread in maximum temperature. Updated guidance on wind patterns or cloud cover could shift probabilities ahead of resolution.
