**Forecast models and recent observations point to a typical wet-season pattern capping daily highs in Panama City, Panama, near 30–32°C on September 21.** Persistent moisture from the Intertropical Convergence Zone fuels afternoon convection and thunderstorms, which increase cloud cover and evaporative cooling to limit peak temperatures. Official guidance from sources such as the Met Office and AccuWeather consistently projects daytime maxima of 30–31°C (roughly 86–88°F) under partly cloudy skies with 60–85% rain chances. Historical September averages hover around 31°C, and current conditions show no strong warming or drying trend that would push readings to 33°C or above. The market’s concentration on 30–32°C outcomes therefore reflects this narrow, observationally supported range, with trader consensus incorporating the moderating influence of expected convective activity.
