Recent forecasts from agencies and models indicate a high near 27–28°C for Busan on September 15, driven by moderate northeast winds, partly cloudy skies, and the seasonal transition toward cooler autumn conditions after peak summer warmth. Coastal moderation from the East Sea and limited solar heating under variable cloud cover cap extremes, consistent with historical September averages of 25–27°C and a declining trend of roughly 6°F (3–4°C) across the month. Trader consensus favoring 28–29°C reflects the latest model runs showing potential for brief afternoon clearing, while lower probabilities for 30°C+ or sub-27°C outcomes align with current steering patterns and the low likelihood of atypical warm advection or clear-sky intensification. Updated KMA guidance and ensemble forecasts over the next 48 hours will refine these implied probabilities.
