Current National Weather Service and model guidance for Miami on September 13 point to a daytime high near 89°F amid humid tropical air, southeast winds of 5-10 mph, and a 60-80% chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms that often limit peak readings through evaporative cooling and cloud cover. These conditions align with climatological September norms for the region, where sea-breeze convergence and convective activity frequently produce maxima in the upper 80s to low 90s. Trader emphasis on the 90-91°F bin at 47% likely reflects minor model spread and the possibility of brief clearing allowing slightly higher readings, while the 88-89°F share at 36.5% captures the base forecast consensus. No anomalous heat or frontal systems are present to shift the outlook materially before resolution.
