Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological sources indicate a high near 28°C in Seoul and Incheon on September 18 under stable high-pressure conditions, partly cloudy skies, and easterly winds of 8–10 mph. This aligns with the market’s leading 53% implied probability for 28°C, as models show limited daytime heating potential in the post-summer transition period when average September highs are near 25–26°C. A 27% chance for 29°C reflects minor model spread and the possibility of brief clearing that could allow slightly warmer readings, while lower probabilities for 27°C or 30°C+ correspond to the narrow uncertainty range in current guidance. No significant weather systems or precipitation are expected to alter temperatures before the daily maximum is recorded.
