National Weather Service forecasts for Dallas on September 16 project a high near 100°F under sunny skies, light southerly winds, and high pressure, consistent with the market's leading 98-99°F (60.5%) and 100-101°F (28%) outcomes. These align with model consensus showing minimal cloud cover and dew points supporting heat retention, amid an ongoing heat advisory and similar 101°F readings the prior day. Above-normal late-summer conditions exceed the 1991-2020 average high of 89.5°F, though slight downward revisions in some guidance introduce modest uncertainty around exact thresholds. NOAA updates and real-time observations will provide the final resolution data.
