Recent National Weather Service forecasts for Miami project an overnight low near 77°F on September 18 amid typical late-summer conditions, with scattered thunderstorms and elevated humidity limiting radiational cooling. Historical September averages show daily minima around 77°F, and current model consensus points to modest overnight temperatures in the mid to upper 70s as moisture and cloud cover suppress drops below 74°F. These factors align with market-implied probabilities favoring the 76-77°F range at 40%, followed by 78-79°F at 25.5% and 74-75°F at 22%, reflecting trader assessment of stable tropical moisture patterns rather than cooler advection. Updated NWS briefings and any shifts in steering flow or storm activity could refine the minimum before resolution.
