Recent polls show a fragmented contest for the September 20 Berlin Abgeordnetenhaus election, with Die Linke leading at 20–22 percent, followed closely by the CDU and AfD near 18 percent and the Greens at 16 percent. This tight spread among the top four contenders keeps the projected fourth-place outcome fluid, as minor shifts in voter preference or turnout could reorder the parties. The CDU’s candidate change after Kai Wegner’s withdrawal has not altered its standing materially, while the SPD trails at 12–13 percent and smaller parties remain below the five-percent threshold. Trader consensus reflected in current prices captures the high uncertainty in final seat totals one month before election day.
