Recent National Weather Service and model consensus point to a Monday high in the low-to-mid 80s for Denver, with afternoon temperatures most likely peaking between 80–86 °F under mostly cloudy skies and a 40–50 % chance of thunderstorms. Persistent cloud cover and scattered convection expected after midday will limit surface heating relative to the clearer, warmer conditions observed Saturday and Sunday. These factors produce the current tight clustering of market-implied odds around the 80–85 °F bins, as traders weigh small differences in storm timing, boundary-layer moisture, and insolation that can shift the daily maximum by a few degrees. Updated NWS guidance and high-resolution model runs through the weekend will remain the key near-term drivers.
