United Russia maintains a commanding lead in the Omsk Oblast Legislative Assembly election scheduled for September 18–20, 2026, reflecting its entrenched position as the pro-presidential party across Russian regional legislatures. The party benefits from incumbency advantages, including control of the current assembly with 26 of 44 seats from the 2021 vote, established candidate lists led by regional governor Vitaliy Khotsenko, and alignment with national electoral structures that favor the ruling bloc in mixed proportional and single-mandate systems. Coinciding with the federal State Duma election on the same dates reinforces this positioning through shared campaign infrastructure and voter mobilization patterns. Opposition parties such as the CPRF, Communists of Russia, LDPR, and A Just Russia remain registered but trail significantly in implied probabilities, consistent with historical seat distributions where United Russia secures majorities. Late shifts remain possible only through unusually low turnout, verified irregularities, or coordinated opposition gains in the 22 single-member districts, though such factors have rarely altered outcomes in prior cycles.

The number of seats will include all members of the Legislative Assembly of Omsk Oblast serving as a result of this election, including members elected in a single- or multiple-member constituency or by proportional representation, where applicable.

This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named party. Independents will not count towards any party.
This market will resolve based on the results of this election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official results as reported by government sources of Omsk Oblast and Russia, including the Election Commission of Omsk Oblast and the Central Election Commission of Russia.
