Recent forecasts from multiple models, including GFS-based outputs, indicate a mostly cloudy to overcast pattern over Seoul and Incheon on September 13 with light winds and minimal precipitation risk, supporting a daytime high near 25°C. Afternoon peaks are projected between 24–26°C amid stable high pressure, consistent with early September climatology where average maxima hover around 25°C as the region transitions from summer monsoon influences. Official aviation and meteorological updates align on this range without signals of intensification or frontal passages that could alter outcomes. Market-implied odds, heaviest on 25°C, reflect trader aggregation of these converging model runs and historical analogs rather than outlier scenarios.
