Recent Swedish opinion polls ahead of the September 13, 2026, parliamentary election show Vänsterpartiet (V) generally polling ahead of Kristdemokraterna (KD), with V in the 6.5–8.7% range and KD at 4.5–7.5% across surveys from SCB, Novus, Indikator Opinion, and Demoskop. V has maintained this edge in most releases from May through July 2026, reflecting stronger support within the red-green opposition bloc compared with KD's position in the governing Tidö parties. The latest Demoskop survey narrowed the gap, but aggregate trends and historical patterns favor V finishing higher. Trader consensus at roughly 60% implied probability for V aligns with these stable differentials, though late campaign shifts, turnout variations, or bloc realignments could still alter the final ordering.
