Latest weather model consensus from agencies like the Turkish State Meteorological Service and ECMWF points to a maximum temperature of 25°C in Ankara on September 15, driving the market's strong 64% implied probability for that outcome. Seasonal norms for mid-September in the region typically feature daytime highs near 26°C under transitional autumn patterns, with current high-pressure dominance and limited moisture advection supporting stable conditions. Minor model spreads introduce the secondary probabilities for 24°C and 26°C, while cooler or warmer outliers remain low due to consistent guidance on wind patterns and insolation. Updated forecasts ahead of the 24-hour window could refine these trader assessments.
