Market-implied odds near 50% across outcomes from -0.4% to 0.0% reflect uncertainty over seasonal adjustments, potential rebounds in shelter costs, and any early signs of policy easing impacts. Key upcoming catalysts include July retail sales, employment reports, and energy price trends that could shift the distribution before the mid-August release.
