Trader consensus in the Taipei temperature market centers on 32°C as the most likely daily high for September 23, with 55% implied probability, reflecting model agreement on partly sunny conditions and easterly flow under a weakening northeast monsoon. This setup favors strong daytime solar heating while limiting moisture, consistent with late-September climatology where Taipei averages near 31°C. Recent Central Weather Administration guidance and ensemble forecasts show minimal rain risk and highs clustering 29–32°C, supporting the 31–33°C range dominating over 90% of market-implied odds. Urban heat effects and clear-sky radiation further anchor expectations around these values, with any late model shift in wind or cloud cover the key variable ahead of resolution.
