**Marine layer persistence and moderate onshore flow are anchoring trader consensus around a 75–77°F high for Los Angeles on September 21.** Official National Weather Service and private forecasts consistently project morning low clouds or patchy fog giving way to partial clearing, with afternoon highs near 75–78°F under southwest winds of 8–15 mph. This aligns with the long-term average high of 75.7°F for the date and recent September conditions lacking strong offshore or Santa Ana influences that could push readings higher. Model consensus shows limited warming potential, keeping probabilities for 78°F+ below 7% while the narrow 74–77°F band captures over 90% of implied odds. The final observed maximum at downtown or airport stations will hinge on exact clearing timing and marine-layer depth tomorrow morning.
