Current National Weather Service forecasts for Dallas on September 2 project a daily high near 94–99°F under southeasterly flow, with partly cloudy skies and a 10–30% chance of afternoon showers that could limit peak heating. Recent model runs show modest day-to-day cooling from the 100°F+ readings observed August 31, consistent with typical late-summer patterns where dew points near 70°F and heat indices above 105°F influence surface temperatures. Trader consensus, reflected in the 36% probability for 94–95°F and 26% for 96–97°F, aligns with this guidance while acknowledging uncertainty from steering patterns and any late adjustments in cloud cover or precipitation timing before market resolution.
